that crank sprocket is the hardest part. i used a big pry bar and pryed it too much and i hit the pump, cracking it. what i would do is first soak the sprocket with wd40 or something equal, then use a cutting tool and cut it off. i simply cut the top of the sprocket flat, exposing the crank. i then tapped it with a hammer until it came loose. either way, be very patient because you might not be as lucky as me. i found a tt oil pump 4 100.00 new instead of paying over 2 bills. good luck with your 60k
